The Abyssinian is a thin, fine-boned, medium-sized feline. The head is decently wedge-molded, with a slight break at the gag, and nose and jawline preferably framing a straight vertical line when seen in profile. They have alert, generally enormous pointed ears. The eyes are almond-formed and are gold, green, hazel or copper contingent upon coat tone. The legs will in general be long in relation to an effortless body, with little oval paws; the tail is in like manner long and tightening.
